Pricing

Please note that the majority of plumbing manufacturers’ prices change during the first quarter of each year. Because we update our pricing according to vendor price sheets’ dates, various prices listed on this site may not be current between the time given manufacturers announce their increases and the time the pricing on the website is updated.Although we strive to be current we reserve the right to correct typographical and pricing errors without notice.

 

 

General Shipping Policy

Faucets priced over $150.00 and are shipped free within the lower 48 states. In these cases, no additional shipping costs are charged. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please call for expedited shipping charges. Items that have to be shipped LTL (truck) will be charged shipping charges. Items that are shipped for free will be indicated on the product info page with the symbol .

 

Freight Charges, Customs Duty and Broker Fees for Canada 

There will be an additional charge for shipping into Canada. Please call for a quote. The associated fees (customs duty, brokerage fees, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. In the event that the purchaser does not pay these fees and they become billed back to Faucet Collections, then Faucet Collections is authorized to charge these fees to the purchaser's credit card, or, if no card is available, to seek collection from the purchaser.

International Shipping Policy

If the order is being shipped to a location outside of the continental United States, the shipping costs are not included in the price of the product. Before placing an international order, contact us to obtain a shipping quote.

Returns

All returns, with the exception of freight damaged or defective products must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Please complete and submit the Return Requests form .We will provide you with a return goods authorization (RGA) number to use when returning any product. Items returned without an RGA number will not be accepted.

Any item (except special-order) can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after the product has been received. Initial shipping charges are not refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

Returns will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. If it is determined that the product has been installed our used in any way (except defective products), credit will not be given and the product can be returned to you at your cost. Refund of any return item is processed after inspection and within 30 days of the receipt of the merchandise. Special order items will only be processed for refund if the item is determined to be defective upon return.

Damaged or Lost Shipment

Claims for damaged or missing shipments are made against the respective carrier. At your request, we will file a claim on your behalf within the allotted time frame: UPS allows 90 days to file a claim, while all LTL motor freight carriers allow 14 days from the date of delivery. Please carefully inspect your shipment upon arrival and before signing for receipt. Concealed damage or missing product not noted at time of delivery are difficult to resolve and usually result in a maximum of 33% credit from the carrier.
